Camarillo Wildlife Rehabilitation.org was created to give advice and guidance to people who encounter wildlife. Our goal is to help you to deal with wildlife issues before they become a problem, although, sometimes people are the problem. This young female bobcat was shot in the head with an arrow and brought to our  Camarillo facility for care by the Department of Fish and Game, February 19th, 2006.

Camarillo Arrow Bobcat

Her amazing story of survival was covered by most major networks and news media. Read the details of her recovery here. Be warned, a few of the pictures are graphic.

We would like to create public awareness of the growing number of animals that come to us in need of care each year which can be viewed on our Intake pages. We need your support to continue our efforts. Please check out our Wish List!

Our "Help"  Section provides answers to most frequently asked questions and common wildlife situations. Our advice is based on years of experience and has proven to be effective. If you follow our instructions carefully, you will

be able to solve nuisance wildlife problems without harming animals

be able to determine if an animal really needs your help

 prevent animals from becoming orphaned

 avoid unnecessary injuries
